Except for customized products and personal hygiene products that have been opened according to consumer requirements, consumers have the right to request termination and return of the contract within seven days after receiving the product. The shipping and return costs of the product will be borne by the consumer themselves.

 

When the product has the following conditions, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the designer:

 

Products that do not match the order (including but not limited to product specifications, styles, quantities, etc.)
